Ingredients
1½ cups TAZO Classic Chai Latte Concentrate
¼ cup white chocolate chips
1½ cups milk
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Optional toppings: whipped cream, sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a pot over low heat, combine chai concentrate and white chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated.
- Divide the chai-chocolate mixture evenly between two mugs.
- In the same pot, add milk and heavy cream. Heat on low while whisking until frothy (approximately doubled in volume).
- Pour warm frothed milk over each mug’s chai base, spooning remaining froth on top.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon before serving immediately.
Notes
- Use almond, oat, or coconut milk for a non-dairy variation.
- Add vanilla extract or a pinch of cardamom for more flavor complexity.
- Substitute white chocolate with caramel or milk chocolate for a different twist.
- For iced lattes, chill the chai base and pour over cold milk and ice without frothing.
