Description

Warm and Spicy Autumn Punch is a cozy, fragrant drink made with apple juice, pineapple juice, citrus, honey, and warm spices. Perfect for fall gatherings, holidays, or chilly nights, it’s a festive non-alcoholic punch that both kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

2 oranges

8 whole cloves

6 cups apple juice

1 cinnamon stick

2 1/4 cups pineapple juice

1/4 cup honey

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Stud oranges with cloves and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a large saucepan, bring apple juice and cinnamon stick to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice, honey, lemon juice, and nutmeg until honey dissolves.
  6. Serve hot in a punch bowl with the clove-studded oranges floating on top.

Notes

  • Add ginger slices for a spicier flavor.
  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a deeper sweetness.
  • Stir in cranberry juice for extra tartness.
  • For adults, add spiced rum, bourbon, or brandy.
  • Enhance aroma with star anise or cardamom pods.
