Ingredients
2 oranges
8 whole cloves
6 cups apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Stud oranges with cloves and place on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 30 minutes until fragrant.
 - In a large saucepan, bring apple juice and cinnamon stick to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice, honey, lemon juice, and nutmeg until honey dissolves.
 - Serve hot in a punch bowl with the clove-studded oranges floating on top.
