Description

Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) spaghetti

1 jar (15 oz / ~450 g) Alfredo sauce

450 g (1 lb) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning (dried)

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 jar (32 oz / ~900 g) pasta (spaghetti) sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and toss with Alfredo sauce.
  2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef with onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes in a skillet until beef is no longer pink.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in pasta sauce, simmering 5–10 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Grease a 13×9‑inch baking dish. Spread Alfredo-coated spaghetti evenly in the dish, then top with meat sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbling and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  6. Let rest 5–10 minutes, then garnish with chopped basil, red pepper flakes (if using), and Parmesan. Serve hot.
