A refreshing strawberry oat milk drink with chewy strawberry boba, creamy strawberry cold foam, and sweet fruity layers—perfectly dairy-free friendly and fun to sip.
Ingredients
Strawberry jam
Strawberry boba (cooked per package instructions)
Oat milk
3 tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream (for cold foam)
1 tbsp strawberry jam or puree (for cold foam)
1 tsp vanilla extract (for cold foam)
1 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional, for cold foam)
Instructions
- Cook strawberry boba according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and let cool.
 - Blend oat milk with strawberry jam until smooth.
 - Whip cream (or coconut cream) with strawberry jam/puree, vanilla, and sweetener until foamy.
 - Add cooked boba to a glass, pour in strawberry oat milk, and top with strawberry cold foam.
 - Serve immediately, stirring gently if desired.
 
Notes
- Make vegan by using coconut or soy-based foam.
 - Blend fresh strawberries into oat milk instead of jam for fresher flavor.
 - Top with chopped strawberries, mint, or strawberry syrup drizzle.
 - Add cinnamon or rose water for aromatic variation.
