Description

A chilled, no-bake dessert combining silky white chocolate cream with bright strawberry syrup, set in cups and lightly dusted with strawberry powder for an elegant treat.

Ingredients

1/8 cup granulated sugar

1/8 cup strawberry syrup

1 egg yolk

3/4 cup whipping cream

1 cup white chocolate chips

Strawberry powder, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine egg yolk, sugar, whipping cream, and strawberry syrup; stir constantly until the mixture reaches 50 °C (122 °F).
  2. Remove from heat, add white chocolate chips, and whisk until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Divide the mixture between two small cups or ramekins (about 8×8×5 cm each).
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) until set.
  5. Before serving, chill cups for 15 minutes, then dust tops with strawberry powder.

Notes

  • Use milk or dark chocolate instead of white for a richer flavor.
  • Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries for extra texture.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a mint sprig.
  • Substitute raspberry syrup for a different berry profile.
  • Add a drop of vanilla or almond extract for depth.
