Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 cups raspberries

Liquids

  • 750 mL Pinot Grigio wine
  • 1 cup simple syrup (see note)
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • 750 mL champagne


Instructions

  1. Combine fruits: Add the sliced peaches and raspberries to a large pitcher, ensuring they are evenly distributed to infuse the sangria with fresh fruit flavor.
  2. Mix liquids: Pour the Pinot Grigio wine, simple syrup, and peach schnapps into the pitcher with the fruit. Stir gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Chill: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld perfectly.
