- Mix liquids: Pour the Pinot Grigio wine, simple syrup, and peach schnapps into the pitcher with the fruit. Stir gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Chill: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld perfectly.
