A vibrant and creamy avocado sauce blended with cilantro, jalapeño, Greek yogurt, and lime juice—perfect for drizzling, dipping, or dressing any dish.
Ingredients
2–3 medium ripe avocados (soft, no brown spots)
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup mayo or sour cream (or vegan alternative)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Halve, pit, and scoop avocados into a food processor.
- Add cilantro, jalapeño, Greek yogurt, mayo or sour cream, lime juice, garlic paste, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning—more salt, lime, or honey to preference.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
Notes
- Press plastic wrap directly on surface to prevent browning in storage.
- Use chipotle or hot sauce for added heat.
- Substitute cilantro with parsley or basil for different flavors.
- Not freezer-friendly—best consumed fresh.
