Description

A vibrant and creamy avocado sauce blended with cilantro, jalapeño, Greek yogurt, and lime juice—perfect for drizzling, dipping, or dressing any dish.

Ingredients

23 medium ripe avocados (soft, no brown spots)

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup mayo or sour cream (or vegan alternative)

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon garlic paste

2 teaspoons honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Halve, pit, and scoop avocados into a food processor.
  2. Add cilantro, jalapeño, Greek yogurt, mayo or sour cream, lime juice, garlic paste, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning—more salt, lime, or honey to preference.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.

Notes

  • Press plastic wrap directly on surface to prevent browning in storage.
  • Use chipotle or hot sauce for added heat.
  • Substitute cilantro with parsley or basil for different flavors.
  • Not freezer-friendly—best consumed fresh.
  • Stir in water or lime juice if sauce thickens in fridge.
