Description

A hearty one-pan dinner featuring roasted potatoes, savory kielbasa, and green beans. This sheet pan meal is easy to prepare, packed with flavor, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

24 oz petite red potatoes

12 oz kielbasa, sliced into medallions

1 yellow onion, diced into 1-inch pieces

12 oz frozen green beans

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Slice the kielbasa into medallions. Dice the onion into 1-inch chunks.
  3. On a large baking sheet, combine the potatoes, kielbasa, onion, and frozen green beans (no need to defrost).
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Toss everything until well coated.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, stir well and return to the oven for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and everything is browned.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swap kielbasa with smoked sausage or Polish sausage.
  • Use baby potatoes or Yukon Golds instead of red potatoes.
  • Replace green beans with broccoli or Brussels sprouts.
  • Add smoked paprika or red pepper flakes for spice.
  • Toss in garlic cloves before roasting for extra flavor.
