Description

Ingredients

1 package prepared puff pastry, thawed

¾ cup Nutella hazelnut spread

2 eggs

3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap thawed puff pastry sheets and roll both sheets slightly to even out the size.
  3. Spread Nutella evenly over one sheet of puff pastry. Place the second sheet on top, aligning the corners.
  4. Cut the layered pastry into ½-inch strips using a pizza cutter.
  5. Twist each strip, coil into a swirl, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Whisk eggs in a small bowl and brush the tops of the pastries with the egg wash.
  7. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
