Ingredients
1 package prepared puff pastry, thawed
¾ cup Nutella hazelnut spread
2 eggs
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Unwrap thawed puff pastry sheets and roll both sheets slightly to even out the size.
 - Spread Nutella evenly over one sheet of puff pastry. Place the second sheet on top, aligning the corners.
 - Cut the layered pastry into ½-inch strips using a pizza cutter.
 - Twist each strip, coil into a swirl, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Whisk eggs in a small bowl and brush the tops of the pastries with the egg wash.
 - Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
 - Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
- Swap Nutella for peanut butter, almond butter, or cookie butter.
 - Add sliced bananas or strawberries between layers for extra flavor.
 - Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts or almonds on top before baking.
 - Use cinnamon sugar instead of powdered sugar for a spiced finish.
 - Make savory versions with pesto, cheese, or sun-dried tomato spread.
 - Store leftovers at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Reheat at 300°F for 5–7 minutes.
