Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 sweet yellow onion, chopped
6 oz provolone cheese, diced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp milk
1½ tsp garlic powder
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
6 sub rolls (6 inches each)
Optional garnish: fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet over high heat, cook the ground beef, bell pepper, and onion until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat.

- Slice sub rolls and fill with the hot beef mixture.
- Optional: top with more provolone and broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap cheese with mozzarella or American for a different flavor.
- Add mushrooms or hot peppers for variety.
- Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Serve in wraps or sliders for different formats.
