These Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars are a simple and wholesome snack—sweetened with honey and bound by creamy peanut butter. With just three ingredients, they’re chewy, crunchy, and perfect for lunchboxes, snacking, or a quick energy boost.
Ingredients
½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
½ cup honey
4 cups plain Cheerios
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and honey together until smooth (about 30 seconds) or use a stovetop over low heat.
 - Pour mixture over Cheerios in a large bowl. Stir until evenly coated.
 - Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
 - Refrigerate 30–60 minutes until set.
 - Lift out, slice into bars, and serve. Store covered in the fridge.

- Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.
 - Add mini chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts for extra flavor.
