Ingredients
120 g peanut butter
100 g honey
50 g butter
100 g oats
60 g cornflakes
25 g chocolate (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Melt peanut butter, honey, and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats and cornflakes.
- Pour the melted mixture over oats and cornflakes, stirring to coat well.
- Press mixture firmly into a lined square dish.
- Freeze for 45 minutes to set.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over the top.
- Cut into 12 slices and serve.
