Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 ripe banana

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 Tbsp chia seeds

Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if a thicker consistency is desired and blend again.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  4. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
