Description

Ingredients

12 oz 70% dark chocolate

6 oz white chocolate

2 large candy canes, crushed


Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate separately using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals. If microwaving, melt to about 85% and stir until smooth.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Spread dark chocolate evenly into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Add spoonfuls of melted white chocolate on top.
  5. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolates together for a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly over the top.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
