Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s a refreshing addition to summer meals or parties.

Ingredients

3 large mangos, peeled and cubed

1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced (about 1 cup)

1 jalapeño, seeded and diced

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mangos, bell pepper, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Toss gently until evenly mixed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Add diced avocado before serving for a creamy variation.
  • Swap or mix in pineapple, peach, or papaya for fruity twists.
  • Leave some jalapeño seeds for more heat or omit for a mild salsa.
