Description

A refreshing tropical cooler combining mango nectar, peaches, vanilla, and sparkling lemonade—ideal for hot summer days.


Ingredients

1 litre chilled mango nectar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 yellow peaches, thinly sliced into wedges

1 litre chilled lemonade

Fresh mint leaves, for serving

Ice cubes, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large jug, combine mango nectar, vanilla extract, and sliced peaches.
  2. Just before serving, add chilled lemonade and stir gently.
  3. Pour into ice-filled glasses, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add lemonade just before serving to retain fizz.
  • Use fresh or well-drained canned peaches.
  • Store base mixture without ice or mint for up to 24 hours.
