Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lavender flowers (or 1 lavender tea bag)
3 bags Earl Grey tea
1/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzling
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 1/2 cups ice
Whipped cream topping: 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Infuse the milk: Heat milk and 1/4 cup honey in a saucepan until just below a simmer. Add Earl Grey tea bags and lavender. Steep 3 minutes, then cool and strain.
- Make whipped cream: Beat heavy cream until fluffy. Add vanilla, then whip to soft peaks. Whisk in honey until stiff peaks form.
- Blend the frappe: In a blender, combine infused milk, ice, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.

- Serve: Add straws and enjoy immediately.
Notes

- For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk and coconut whipped cream.
- Add espresso for a lavender Earl Grey latte frappuccino.
- Maple syrup can replace honey for a different sweetness.
- Decorate with edible flowers or dried lavender buds for presentation.
