1/2 lime, quartered
1/2 peeled kiwi, chopped
Ice
Lime wheel, for garnish
Kiwi wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the sugar, lime quarters, and chopped kiwi into a shaker. Muddle them thoroughly until the lime releases its juice and the kiwi is broken down.
 - Pour in the cachaça and add plenty of fresh ice to the shaker.
 - Shake the mixture vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
 - Garnish with a lime wheel and a kiwi wheel. Serve immediately.

Notes
- Use honey or agave syrup instead of sugar for a different sweetness profile.
 - Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy version.
 - Swap kiwi with other fruits like strawberries, passionfruit, or pineapple.
 - Use golden kiwi for a sweeter, smoother flavor.
 - Shake in a cocktail shaker for a more refined texture, or stir in the glass for a rustic feel.
