Ingredients
12 oz coconut water
½ banana, frozen
½ cup pineapple, frozen
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 lime, peel on
1 handful baby spinach
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash Tajín (optional for a spicy kick)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a powerful blender.
- Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, for a beautiful presentation, dip the rim of your glass in lime juice and then dip it in Tajín seasoning. This step is optional but adds a nice touch to your drink!
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, enjoy, and feel refreshed!
