Description

A refreshing, tropical smoothie with the tangy zing of lime, the sweetness of pineapple, and the creamy richness of banana, mimicking the flavor of a key lime pie in a healthy, drinkable form.


Ingredients

12 oz coconut water

½ banana, frozen

½ cup pineapple, frozen

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 lime, peel on

1 handful baby spinach

1 dash cinnamon

1 dash Tajín (optional for a spicy kick)


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a powerful blender.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, for a beautiful presentation, dip the rim of your glass in lime juice and then dip it in Tajín seasoning. This step is optional but adds a nice touch to your drink!
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass, enjoy, and feel refreshed!
