Description

Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a low-carb, gluten-free twist on a classic sandwich. With melted Monterey Jack cheese as the wrap, they’re filled with juicy ground beef, sautéed onions, peppers, and creamy cheese for a guilt-free, delicious meal.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

16 oz ground beef

½ medium onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 oz cream cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook beef mixture: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once browned, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until veggies are soft (5–7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Season and add cheese: Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in cream cheese until fully melted and combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Make cheese circles: On the lined baking sheet, create 8 circles of shredded cheese (about ¼ cup each), spaced at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges.
  5. Assemble roll-ups: Let cheese cool for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of beef mixture to each cheese circle and roll up. Let sit for 2–3 minutes before serving.
