Description

A soft, fluffy, and low-carb Keto Naan Bread made with shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and baking powder. This yeast-free recipe is perfect for a quick, keto-friendly side for curries, dips, or any meal.


Ingredients

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons milk (any variety)

1 ½ cups almond flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 large eggs (brought to room temperature)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, melt the mozzarella cheese and milk together. Heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth. Whisk the mixture to combine thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the melted cheese mixture to a large mixing bowl. Let it cool for 2 minutes. Add almond flour, eggs, and baking powder, and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough briefly by hand until smooth. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into circles or ovals. Place them on the prepared baking tray.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Optional: Brush with garlic butter or your favorite keto-friendly spread for extra flavor.
  7. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly curries, dips, or as a side to any meal.
