Ingredients

3 large eggs

3 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 dash salt

1 pinch cream of tartar (optional but recommended)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Separate eggs: Place yolks in one bowl and whites in another.
  3. Mix yolks: Blend yolks with softened cream cheese and a dash of salt using an electric mixer until smooth.
