Description

A bubbly and creamy drink made with fruit syrup, club soda, and cream—this Italian Cream Soda is a refreshing and customizable treat perfect for all ages.


Ingredients

 cups ice (enough to fill most of a tall glass)

1 cup club soda

68 tablespoons fruit syrup (e.g. raspberry, strawberry, cherry, vanilla)

4 tablespoons heavy cream

4 tablespoons whipped cream (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with about ¾ cup (or until almost full) of ice cubes.
  2. Pour 6–8 tablespoons of fruit syrup over the ice (adjust to taste).
  3. Slowly pour 1 cup club soda into the glass to gently mix with the syrup.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons heavy cream over the top to create a creamy swirl.
  5. Top with 4 tablespoons whipped cream for extra richness and appeal.
  6. Stir gently before drinking and enjoy immediately through a straw or spoon.
