Ingredients
¾ cup cocoa powder

1 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp instant coffee (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and instant coffee (if using) until fully combined.
 - Transfer the hot chocolate mix to a small mason jar or airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place. This mix will last for up to 1 month, but it can be stored for up to 3 months in a sealed glass jar.
 - To prepare a single serving, add 1 tablespoon of the hot chocolate mix to a mug. Pour 1 ¼ cups of warmed plant-based milk over the top and stir until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes
- Sweetener alternatives: You can swap the coconut sugar with maple sugar, agave powder, or stevia if you prefer a different sweetener.
 - Flavor enhancements: Add a pinch of sea salt, a dash of vanilla extract, or a pinch of chili powder for a unique twist.
 - Non-coffee version: If you don’t want to use coffee, simply omit it. You can also add a little extra cinnamon or even nutmeg for a spicier flavor.
