Ingredients
1 cup (8 ounces) hot, freshly brewed black coffee
1 to 2 tablespoons grass-fed unsalted butter or ghee (or to taste)
1 to 2 teaspoons MCT oil (or to taste)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and gather the butter or ghee and MCT oil.
- In a blender, combine hot coffee, butter, and MCT oil. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately.
- Blender Tip: Only fill the blender one-third full and vent the top covered with a kitchen towel to prevent splattering.
- No Blender? Use a milk frother or whisk: melt the butter into the coffee, add MCT oil, and whisk until frothy.
