Description

The Green Apple Lemon Cucumber Ginger Smoothie is a refreshing, hydrating, and nutrient-packed drink. Ingredients

¾ cup coconut water (or water)

2 green apples, cored and quartered

¼ English cucumber, chopped

½ bunch flat-leaf parsley (leaves only), chopped

1 slice of ginger (1 inch thick)

1 medium lemon, peeled and seeded

1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients:

    • Place all the ingredients into a high-quality blender, starting with the coconut water or water.

    • Blend until smooth and well-combined. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can run the smoothie through a mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

  2. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into two glasses, adding ice if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Sweetness Adjustment: If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey, agave syrup, or a couple of pitted dates.

Add Protein: For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds.

No Coconut Water?: Substitute with regular water, almond milk, or any other plant-based milk.
