Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder
1/2 of a banana (approx. 3 tbsp)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp water
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a coffee mug or microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients: coconut flour, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vegan chocolate protein powder, banana, baking powder, water, and dark chocolate chips.
 - Using a fork, gently stir the mixture until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
 - Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top for added chocolatey goodness.
 - Microwave the mug cake for 60-90 seconds. Start checking at the 60-second mark to ensure it doesn’t overcook.
 - Once done, the cake should be soft and slightly gooey in the center. Top with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, or your favorite topping. Enjoy!

Notes
- For nut butter alternatives, use almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
 - Switch up the protein powder flavor to vanilla or chocolate for a unique twist.
 - Topping options include whipped coconut cream, peanut butter drizzle, or fresh berries.
 - This mug cake is best enjoyed immediately, but you can refrigerate leftovers for up to 1 day.
