Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

1/2 cup baby kale leaves

1/2 banana, sliced

1 and 1/2 cups SILK unsweetened coconut milk

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon Spirulina (optional, but recommended)

1 heaping cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 banana, sliced

1 and 1/2 cups SILK unsweetened coconut milk

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. For the Green Smoothie Layer: Blend all of the ingredients for the green smoothie (pineapple, mango, spinach, kale, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, and spirulina) until smooth, adding more coconut milk if needed.
  2. For the Strawberry Smoothie Layer: Blend all of the ingredients for the strawberry smoothie (strawberries, pineapple, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, and turmeric) until smooth, adding more coconut milk if needed.
  3. Assembly: Fill each glass halfway with the green smoothie mix, then gently pour the strawberry smoothie mix on top, filling the glass. Allow the layers to float on top.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Add straws, serve immediately, and enjoy the vibrant, skin-loving goodness!
