Description
This Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese is the ultimate comfort food mash-up—crispy, buttery, garlicky bread loaded with melty cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Perfect for an indulgent lunch, cozy dinner, or easy snack.
Ingredients
1 loaf of garlic bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp softened butter
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Optional seasonings: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until smooth.
 - Slice the garlic bread loaf into thick slices and spread garlic butter on one side of each slice. On the non-buttered side, layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly.
 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down. Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
 - Flip the sandwiches and grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden on both sides.
 - Serve warm, sliced in half. Optionally sprinkle with red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning before serving.

- Use any melting cheese you prefer, such as Swiss or Monterey Jack.
 - For a vegan version, use dairy-free cheese and vegan butter.
 - For a spice kick, add cayenne or a drizzle of sriracha in the filling.
