Description

Frozen Cherry Coke Slushies are icy, sweet-tart drinks made by blending frozen Coke cubes, cherries, lime juice, and optional spirits—perfectly refreshing and great for summer fun or party cocktails.

Ingredients

28 oz (about 3½ cups) chilled Coca‑Cola, divided

Juice of 2 limes

2 cups frozen pitted cherries

Lime wheels (from 1 lime), for garnish

Maraschino cherries, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour 12 oz (1½ cups) of the Coca‑Cola into ice cube trays and freeze for 3–4 hours until solid.
  2. In a blender, add lime juice, and remaining Coca‑Cola (reduce to 1½ cups if using alcohol).
  3. Add frozen Coke cubes and frozen cherries.
  4. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and slushy, scraping sides as needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lime wheels and maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use cherry cola or add cherry syrup for extra flavor.
  • Omit alcohol for a family-friendly version.
  • Best texture achieved by blending just before serving.
  • Store extra slush in freezer and reblend if needed.
