Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 package (20 ounces) frozen crinkle-cut french fries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, until it’s no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the golden mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup, mixing everything together until combined.
- Pour the beef and soup mixture into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Arrange the frozen crinkle-cut french fries on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, for 50-55 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy on top.
