Description

Ingredients

4 English muffins, split in half

½ cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional: 16 slices pepperoni

Optional: ¼ cup sliced black olives

Optional: ¼ cup diced bell peppers

1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (or use toaster oven).
  2. Arrange muffin halves on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Toast for 3–5 minutes until lightly crisped.
