Description

Deliciously rich and creamy Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs made with coconut oil and peanut butter. These low-carb, high-fat treats are perfect for curbing your sweet tooth while staying on track with your keto or low-carb diet.

Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or sweetener of choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine melted coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups. Optional: sprinkle chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top.
  3. Place molds in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the fat bombs are solid and firm.
  4. Once solid, pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy as a quick snack or dessert!

Notes

  • Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, or shredded coconut for additional texture and nutrients.
  • For a different flavor, replace vanilla extract with almond or mint extract.
  • Top with melted sugar-free chocolate for extra chocolatey indulgence.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. Best served frozen, but can thaw for a few minutes for a softer texture.
