Description

A playful, savory twist on traditional snacks—ground chicken shaped into crispy, juicy ‘donuts’ perfect for dipping and sharing.


Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

½ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg, beaten

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp dried oregano

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix until well combined. Add breadcrumbs if mixture is too wet.
  2. Portion mixture and shape into small patties, then create a hole in the center to form mini ‘donuts’.
  3. Heat ~½” oil in a skillet over medium-high until hot.
  4. Fry chicken donuts in batches, 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces (ranch, spicy mayo, honey mustard).
