Ingredients
2 cups fresh broccaoli florets
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 cup whole milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
3 large eggs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Chop broccoli into small florets and blanch in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until bright green. Drain thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Tear each biscuit into quarters and gently fold into the custard mixture.
- Fold in the blanched broccoli until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool a few minutes before serving.

- Add diced ham or cooked bacon for extra protein.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack or Gruyère cheese.
