Description

Chocolate Filled Raspberries are an elegant, bite-sized dessert that pairs fresh raspberries with rich, melted chocolate. Quick to prepare and perfect for parties, gifts, or romantic occasions.

Ingredients

Semisweet chocolate chips (or milk/dark/white chocolate chips)

Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Gently wash raspberries and pat dry thoroughly. Lay out on parchment paper to finish drying.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, then stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Spoon chocolate into a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a tiny corner snipped off.
  4. Pipe melted chocolate into the cavity of each raspberry until just filled.
  5. Place filled raspberries on parchment paper and allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until chocolate firms.

Notes

  • Ensure raspberries are completely dry to help chocolate set properly.
  • Add a decorative touch by drizzling with contrasting chocolate or sprinkling with sea salt or crushed nuts.
  • Best enjoyed within 24 hours for freshest texture.
