Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 ripe avocado, mashed
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
4 large flour tortillas
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mashed avocado, and ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the mixture into the center.
 - Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
 - Fold sides in and roll from bottom to top, keeping the filling secured. Repeat for all burritos.
