Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 medium flour tortillas

1 tablespoon butter

Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until fully done. Dice into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden and fragrant.
