Ingredients
1 regular package Funfetti cake mix
1 (15.6‑oz) can Funfetti vanilla frosting
1 lb white candy coating, chopped
Rainbow sprinkles or nonpareils, for decoration
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to package instructions in a 13×9-inch pan. Cool completely.
- Crumble cooled cake into a large bowl. Mix in the frosting until a dough forms.
- Shape mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Chill for 2–3 hours.
- Melt white candy coating in microwave-safe bowl, stirring in intervals until smooth.
- Dip chilled cake balls into coating using a fork. Shake off excess and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Immediately decorate with sprinkles. Let coating set at room temp or in fridge.
