10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 oz envelope onion soup mix
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 yellow onion, finely diced
2½ lbs beef stew meat, cubed
1 cup sour cream
16 oz egg noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- In a crockpot, stir together cream of mushroom soup, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and onion soup mix.

Notes
- Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter option.

- A splash of white wine or Dijon adds depth.
- Substitute beef stew meat with sirloin or shredded roast beef.
