Description

This high-protein, low-carb flatbread made with cottage cheese and eggs is quick, gluten-free, and perfect for wraps, snacks, or sandwiches.


Ingredients

250g (1 cup) cottage cheese

2 eggs

Garlic powder, to season (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  3. Pour onto tray and spread thinly into desired shape using a spoon or spatula.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and set.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before serving as a wrap or bread alternative.
